Objective requirements

1. the property is not luxury (the property must not have luxury features, according to the criteria indicated in the decree of August 2, 1969);
2. not to be the owner, not even for shares, even under a legal partnership on the whole national territory of property rights, usufruct, use, housing and bare ownership on another dwelling house.

Requested documents

- copy of identity card;
- copy of the Tax Code or valid Health Card;
- copy of the Building Permit issued by the Municipality (i.e. Notification of Start of Activity / Certified Reporting of Start of Activity sent to the Municipality).

Planned interventions

The 10% VAT rate is applied for all restoration of the building stock. In particular:
1. Provision of services dependent on contracts or works related to the implementation of the following interventions: restoration , conservative restoration , restructuring
2. The purchase of goods, with the exclusion of raw materials and semi-finished products, supplied for the realization of the same interventions of restoration, conservative restoration and building renovation, identified by article 3. letters c) and d) of the Consolidated Law of the legislative and regulatory provisions on construction, approved with Presidential Decree of 6 June 2001, n. 380.
